pkp55 may verify the personal information provided by players. If verification fails, the withdrawal will be suspended and the player will be required to clarify the matter.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposits
To deposit at pkp55, players may only use payment methods registered under their own name. Payments from third parties or unrelated persons will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

3.3 Withdrawal Blocks

Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
pkp55 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Total balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks
- Deposit 340,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Total balance 540,000 Ks → Wagering 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after wagering 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Only qualifying gameplay counts toward the wagering requirement. Certain games may contribute partially or fully to wagering.
4.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only
- Withdrawals are not allowed while wagering is in progress — doing so may result in the bonus being forfeited

- pkp55 may change or cancel any promotion without prior notice
Player Responsibilities

- Collusion — players cooperating with each other to bypass the game
- Bonus abuse — using bonuses to gain financial advantage
- Exploiting code vulnerabilities or software weaknesses
- Providing false personal information to commit financial fraud
5.2 Responsible Play
Players must use only their own funds and must know their limits — do not chase losses. Avoid any gameplay that harms your personal finances or health.
5.3 Consequences of Violations
If pkp55 finds that a prohibited action has been committed, it may immediately—

- Cancel transactions

7.1 Technical Failures
pkp55's liability is limited in cases where gameplay is disrupted due to network issues, server failures, or external factors. In such cases, the outcome of any game in progress will be determined by adjustment, and customer support will provide a detailed resolution.
7.2 Internet Connectivity
pkp55 cannot be held responsible for matters relating to a player's own internet connection. The company is not liable for any gameplay losses caused by a slow or unstable connection.
VIP Levels and Cashback Program
pkp55 has five VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The higher your level, the higher the cashback rate you will receive—
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP level assignment is based on a player's activity history and betting pattern, and is reviewed regularly by pkp55. Cashback is awarded as bonus funds and may be subject to wagering requirements.
